Product warranty

All goods have a 2-year warranty. Or if otherwise specified in the product description.

If during the warranty period your product has a manufacturing defect or the product has become unusable, then we will fix the product. free of charge or we will replace it with a new one – all you need to do is submit a purchase document. You receive the purchase document (cashier’s check, invoice or leasing agreement) together with the purchased product or e-mail. by mail when we receive your payment for the purchased item.

The warranty does not apply to:

  • goods if they have not been collected in accordance with the assembly instructions;
  • goods if the operating conditions are violated;
  • signs of dismantling of goods that have mechanical damage;
  • goods which have not been used for their intended purpose;
  • goods whose defects have been caused by the fault of the buyer;
  • for goods where the failure is due to environmental factors (storms, rain, etc.), force majeure (fire, flood) or accidental external factors;
  • if the buyer does not submit the purchase document (invoice, check, leasing agreement).

  • for repaired or replaced goods, the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the original goods;

Return of quality goods is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (22/07/2014) on approval of retail rules and the Retail Rules themselves. the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within fourteen days, without giving a reason and without incurring costs other than those provided for in Article 6.22811 of this Code, except for the exceptions provided for in paragraph 2 of this Article. Purchased quality goods can be returned within 14 days. if:

  • the product is unused and undamaged;
  • the product has not lost its commercial appearance (unpainted paint, unfolded parts, etc.);
  • the returned product is complete;
  • when returning the goods, the document of its acquisition shall be presented.

Quality goods cannot be returned if:

  • goods that have been manufactured according to the individual order of the Buyer or are obviously adapted to it;
  • in other cases, when the purchase and sale agreement cannot be terminated in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
